Upper Back Exercises
Upper back pain can be due to strained muscles, poor posture or spinal problems. These exercises can help relieve some of that tension, as back pain is often debilitating.
1. Lie flat on your back with knees bent and roller under mid back. Support your head with your hands or cross arms over chest.
2. Keep hips off the ground move your body downwards until the roller reaches the shoulders. Care must be taken to prevent going too low towards the back or too high above the shoulders.
