Neck Exercises

Poor posture and muscle strain are just some of the causes of neck pains. Doing this exercise with a foam roller can greatly help in relieving the pain caused by some of the problems in the neck.
For the neck

1. Lie on your back and knees bent. Put the foam roller at the back of your neck. Then, move your head back and forth naturally, not too fast but also not too slow. Repeat as many times as you like.

2. The neck is a very sensitive area in the body, so it’s very important not to put too much strain on your it when doing this exercise.
